Buying (or selling) a home is not generally a pleasant experience. It's exciting in a lot of ways, but once the fun part is over, it's the details and the fact that you're making such an expensive decision that can be quite stressful. Nikita understands this. Not only is she an expert on the area, and able to pinpoint the exact home that would make us happy (we were transplants from NJ), but she was able to handle our vastly different personalities like a trained psychotherapist. I'm exaggerating of course, but in all honesty, that's a bigger part of the job than you might think. Nikita's professionalism was obvious from the start. She made the entire experience much less stressful than it could've been. Plus, when problems cropped up, she jumped in with both feet and did the fighting for us, resolving issues without getting us involved. Nakita had superior knowledge of the area my house was in. I was immediately impressed with her communication skills, and during the course of the listing through closing, I learned of her integrity and discernment of how the process was going. I was able to ask her on several occasions, "what would you do" and I know I got the best answer.After she sold our house, she then helped my wife and I find a new house. In search of a Granny House, When looking for patients, understanding, professionalism and kindness, call Nikita Todd-Stanley. She knows her business. When looking at some of the properties she sold I called her to ask if she would work with me and my limited funds and she laughed and said sure it doesn’t matter how much money you have, I am sure we can find something nice. ? I explained to her that I wanted a Granny house and only a Granny house, Nikita showed me many properties in different areas so we got a feel of what was out there and where I might want to purchase a property. I would take the list of homes and choose granny houses and a do "a drive by" because I wanted to check out the neighborhoods before have her come out to show the property. When I found properties of interest I would call Nikita and say “bring in the keys”, let’s shop.In the past I have never really felt completely comfortable with realtors choosing properties for me. Nikita was my third realtor in 6 months. With Nikita, I had full confidence that she had MY best interest in mind.
